My name is Kevin Tracy and I am a Florida native. I have been happily married to my best friend, Shelli for 25 years. We have three beautiful children, ages 22, 19 and 12. We moved to this area 19 years ago and we absolutely love it. I do not just work in this area, I live here! During our 19 years here, I have made it a point to be involved in the community. I have been a Baseball Coach for Little League, as well as both local high schools, active at our church and even ran a successful lawn care company. I decided to turn my passion of coaching and lawn care to helping people find their dream homes. I love this area and everything about it, from the beaches to the farm properties and I know that I can help you to love this area too.
